These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of Frotza website, mobile app and services. By using Frotza, you agree to follow these terms.

About Frotza

Frotza is an online ordering and delivery platform operating from Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh. It connects customers with restaurants, stores and vendors, and may also sell and deliver selected inventory products.

Eligibility

By using Frotza, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a contract. Users under 18 may use Frotza only under supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

Account registration

Users may be required to create an account with name, mobile number, email, address and other details. Users are responsible for account confidentiality and all activity under their account.

Pricing and product images

Prices, taxes, delivery charges and other fees are shown at checkout. Product images are for reference only and actual packaging, size, color or presentation may vary.

Orders and delivery

An order is confirmed only after acceptance by the restaurant, store, vendor or Frotza inventory team. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by traffic, weather, preparation time, rider availability or operational issues.

Delivery charges

For orders below Rs 199, a delivery charge of Rs 40 may apply. For Rs 199 or above, delivery is currently free. Frotza may change charges or free delivery rules at any time.

Payments and COD

Frotza may accept UPI, cards, net banking, Cash on Delivery and other methods. COD may be restricted for certain users, locations or order values in cases of misuse, fake orders or repeated cancellations.

Offers and coupons

Coupons, discounts and referral offers are subject to specific terms. Frotza may change, withdraw or cancel offers at any time.

Cancellation, refunds and returns

Cancellation, refunds and returns are handled according to Frotza Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy. Approval is subject to verification.

User responsibilities

• Do not place fake orders
• Do not provide false information
• Do not misuse coupons or offers
• Do not abuse delivery partners, restaurant staff, vendors or support team
• Do not use the platform for illegal activities
• Do not attempt payment fraud

Account suspension

Frotza may suspend, block or terminate accounts involved in fake orders, payment fraud, abuse, coupon misuse, repeated cancellations, policy violation or suspicious activity.

Limitation of liability

Frotza will make reasonable efforts to provide reliable service but will not be liable for delays, service interruptions, product unavailability, third-party errors, payment gateway issues, network issues or circumstances beyond its control.

Governing law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh, unless otherwise required by law.
