Respectful behaviour

Users must communicate respectfully with support, delivery partners, restaurant staff, store staff and vendors. Abusive, threatening, insulting, discriminatory or harassing behaviour is not allowed.

Prohibited activities

• Fake orders
• Payment fraud
• Coupon misuse
• False complaints
• Harassment or abuse
• Illegal activities
• Misuse of platform features
• Creating multiple accounts for unfair benefits
• Sharing false information

Reviews and ratings

If reviews or ratings are introduced in the future, users must not post abusive language, fake reviews, personal attacks, hate speech, harassment, illegal content or misleading content.

Delivery partner and vendor safety

Abuse, threats, harassment or unsafe behaviour toward delivery partners, vendors, restaurant staff or support team may lead to account suspension or legal action.

Account suspension

Frotza may suspend or restrict accounts involved in fake orders, payment fraud, abuse, policy violation, repeated misuse or illegal activity.
