You can cancel before the restaurant, store or Frotza inventory team accepts or starts processing the order. After acceptance, preparation, packing or dispatch, cancellation may not be allowed.

What if I receive a wrong, damaged or spoiled item?

Report the issue within 15 minutes of delivery with clear photo/video proof. Our support team will review and may offer replacement, refund or another suitable resolution.
